Review Summary: No off switch on the remote control!!

Review: This Alba DVD65 is a great player, superb value, outstanding price. But where is the off switch on the remote control?! I've taken a whole star off what would otherwise have been a perfect score simply because you have to physically get up, walk over to the machine and push a rather awquard looking button to turn the thing off. What have I come to, to be moaning about having to get off my chair and do something so small. Tragic, isn't it, but there it is. Also the instructions says it 'plays' CD-Rs but apparently not when I tried it. Still - where else can you get a guaranteed little DVD player that will play anything from anywhere for under 30 quid?
