Review: I've had my 4GB Apple iPod Mini several weeks now and I think I want to spend the rest of my life with it. The interface is great, very few buttons but they do everything that's required. The iTunes software is equally user friendly. The only downside is that the track information is always song, artist, album and classical music doesn't fit easily into that format: where do you put the composer?
I've managed to fit over 1000 songs on mine; very useful for long train journeys. I love being able to arrange songs into playlists, not something you can really do with CDs.It's worth noting that the 8 hour battery life only applied to the first generation iPod mini; the second generation has a quoted 18 hour battery life and I think I'm getting something like that. |
