Review: The Apple iPod Video is definitely the best ipod out there, it looks good, It feels good and it sounds good. I recently bought the 30 gb vesion, it think that this is enough space and I don't think you would need the 60GB version, I had good results ripping my DVD's and putting them on there, I used handbrake which is a free software available to download (mac osx only) . The music facilities are also well up to the ipod standards. The menu and click wheel are easy to use, but i bought a new pair of earphones because the ones that come with the ipod aren't that great. Another thing that could be better with the ipod video is it's battery life, it's fine for music but it doesn't last very long when your watching video, It also scratches quite wasily so I would reccomend buying a case for it. Overall the new ipod video is AMAZING, i would definetely advise someone thinking about buying one to do so ... it's well worth it. |
