Review: I love my new ipod video 60GB got from New York, it's a fantastic bit of kit,it took a bit of fiddling with software to get to grips with how to import and start loading discs which is a bit time consuming but will be worth it. I am putting my whole music collection on it,(eventually)and plan to run thru hi-fi. Plus, have a griffin roadtrip fm transmitter for car also from NY....brilliant....tune in a channel on radio and ipod plays through my clarion head unit.....charges at same time through ciggy lighter...... Only real gripe or disappointment i have is the case and the screen scratches as soon as you look at it. Had covered all the time with silicon skin and it still scratched it. Have put stickers on back to protect chrome and now got a Dunlop hard aluminium case for it(£9.89 from sports soccer shops...were £32.99!) also has a protective lense....that's it really, why can't american products be more durable? mates got a brand new buell(harley-d)and that scratched first time polished it! Maybe black wasn't good colour choice for my ipod or the motorcycle in hindsight!?! as it shows up even more than white...how about some black headphones to match Apple? Have got griffin earjams for £6 also which make them into in ear phones and make bass and sound fantastic for much cheaper than full in-ear phones. |
