Review: What were apple thinking. Why produce a brand new 'super duper' ipod which can't use firewire to download you mp3 and videos? I'm not joking, it takes an age to download all your stuff onto the ipod cos it only uses USB2. Also, bearing in mind I bought the 'ultimate' ipod (60gb) which cost me 300 quid, you don't get a dock, wall charger, lead for viewing photos on your TV, no firewire connectivity. All you get is 10p's worth of material which they call a case! I would recommend the ipod photo cos you get everything with it including a decent protective case.
The novelty of the videos wears off very quickly, mainly because at present you can't download any decent tv shows off itunes (unlike in america, where you can get Knight Rider!!) |
