Review: The ipod nano looks beautiful and is clearly envied by my fellow commuters. Just don't look too closely! I had mine for just two days, kept in a protective sock, and it was already badly scratched. A month on and it looks terrible - a problem Apple is apparently aware of but not prepared to rectify unless the screen actually cracks. The colour screen is very clear, the sound quality is fantastic, the functionality is simple and the battery life is excellent. It comes with a USB cable, software and the standard white earphones. Unfortunately you do not get a mains charger with it, so you have to pay almost another £20.00 for that if you are not able to recharge it via your computer every time. If you're thinking of buying one I would recommend you wait until enough of us complain and Apple has to correct the problem with the casing - after all many people buy this product for its style as well as its functionality. |
