Review: Well I got my Apple iPod nano on October 18th but I had to stop myself from using it until Christmas day, which was extremely hard I can tell you!! I have the apple iPod nano tubes, and I love using the green one, and don't listen to others when they tell you that they scratch the screen! They don't, people might of just put another tube on without removing the other one and then tried to remove both of them at the same time without realising it... which almost certainly would have left scratches! Anyway, the sound quality is excellent and it can hold 1,000 songs! My friend said that I wouldn't have time to listen to them all, but I'll find the time... even if I have to skip school (not)! I also used the nano for 7 hours straight and I charged it for 1 1/2 hours, which was half the time stated, so I think apple are right when they say that it will play for 14 hours straight on battery life alone. I have photos on my nano too, of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I also discovered that there are loads of extras on the nano under the "extras" tab on the menu! There's a clock, a stopwatch (the most annoying thing about the stopwatch is that it saves your "progress" in a run - expect you might not be doing a run, you might be playing with the nano at home! - and when it saves you can't delete it! Or maybe I haven't figured out how to do this yet......) and loads more, like games and you can set an alarm and set a combination to lock the screen so if no one knows your combination then they won't be able to use your nano! Well they will, but only if they have a logical mind or are good at guesswork... do NOT let this put you off buying a nano because if you keep it in safe hands and figure out a combination that only you know then you won't be playing into a thief's hands! I keep my nano locked when I go to the shops, except when I'm in an actual shop with people around me so if I do get my nano stolen (which is not likely since I have my name engraved on the back, and I advise you to do this too) then everyone will see and they'll get a better look at the thief!... so that's really all I have to say about the nano, expect: BUY IT! |
