Review: I needed a music player for the gym and the normal iPOD with its hard drive storage seemed a bit risky to me to use there. It is, after all, a spinning hard disk and I wouldn't want it damaged. So along came the Apple iPod shuffle MP3 player. It is about the size of a remote and can store 240 songs (which I find is more than enough). Itunes is excellent and you can simply press an 'autofill' button which fills songs onto the shuffle randomly from your music library. You can also add your playlists or add the songs individually. It is extremely light, and can be used as a USB flash drive for saving your computer files. It looks fabulous, very sleek and elegant. There are no moving parts so this is perfect for athletes. The only way this could be improved is if you somehow added a small screen to it, but then it wouldn't be called an ipod shuffle! |
