Review: The Apple iPod shuffle is the smallest of the iPod family, nice and slim meaning its perfect to slip in your pocket and go skip free riding. The iPod Shuffle has regular buttons but still has the style of its more expensive counter parts. This device weighs only 22 grams about the same as a pack of chewing gum! It’s the perfect riding companion. Theres a choice of two iPod Shuffles. Both look identical but one comes with a 512MB capacity which holds 120 songs, or you can have the 1GB version that will store up to 240 tracks. The iPod Shuffle uses a standard USB connector this simply plugs in like any other peripheral device. Once plugged in you can download your favourite play list, or just drag and drop individual songs or albums using the software provided. Songs can be played in order mode, or skip mode creating a mix for riding down to the track. Transfer of non-music files is possible which is very handy if you need to take your work with you. The Shuffler automatically charges while syncing and takes around 4 hours for a full charge. Shuffles are only available in white cases, it doesnt scratch as easy as its larger brothers and seems robust enough to allow a few crashes with out breaking. Im hoping santa will drop one of these in my stocking this Christmas! Visit MOTOC.net to view this review and more... |
