Review Summary: great game

Review: Athens 2004 is a good game. Good as it's not just all button bashing (well not all). But the other sports, such as swimming, need timing pulled off for you to win. (and gee is Butterfly tough!). Pretty smooth graphics, and nice crowd effects make it fun.
Of course it's better when playing against mates, but Decathlon is great, and also you can customise events as well; or choose to run in the Athletics!
All your records get saved, and you'll want to beat them again.
Best track and field game on console yet.
