Review: This Bionaire BWM5075 warm mist humidifier is very good; it's been particularly great when my son has had croup. Even more impressive was Amazon's Customer Service. I had a problem with this product and Amazon were more than helpful. They imediately sent a replacement and I then had to return the original in 30 days to a freepost address. They were extremely helpful and courteous and because of this I will be using them again, probably frequently. It is very reassuring to know that a product will be exchanged so quickly and efficiently.
