Review: This Bionaire BWM5700 humidifier worked great for the first 3 weeks, then as others have experienced, the display said "refill" when clearly it was full. We fortunately had the forsight to put it on an offcut piece of carpet on top of our new one as water and a horrible cream coloured gunk sprayed from the rear vent over furniture and the carpet within a 0.5m radius. The carpet was completely soaked, the cream-coloured deposit I expect was mineral salts, but once dry was difficult to remove from the furniture. However, we may try once more with this product as we were quite impressed with it at first.
