Review: This Black and Decker Hp12kd Esprit 12v cordless drill is an excelent product, BUT it is very badly let down by the very poor manual that accomapines it. The pictures and text are separate and extraordinarily difficult to follow. I am sure the genus who wrote them knew what he was doing, and once you have finally cracked it and got the drill assembled, yes, it IS easy, but not for the first time. If your customer is left feeling angry, frustrated and humiliated after assembling your product, it is your problem, not the customer's. A company the size of Black & Decker should be able to produce a manual better than this. If in doubt they should consult Dell. I got a whole PC sytsem up and running in less time than this drill! |
