Review: Well, having gotten the game Call of Duty: Finest Hour touted to be one of the best of the year, I must say I am disappointed. The XBox version suffers from "PS2 port-itis", a common disease whereby the graphics and lighting, textures, and environments all look sadly like the PS2 version it is ported from.

If you have played Medal of Honour on the XBox or PC, then this game will be very familiar to you. It's practically the same game but set in different theaters. Little or no AI means that the enemy will rush you and get shot; grenade distance is hard to judge, and at times it is hard to know what your next objective is. The PC version of CoD on the other hand, is exceptional! So I have to say that although it is nice to have this game on the XBox, it's nothing next to its PC big brother.

Graphics get a low 5/10 from me; sound 6/10; and control 6/10. It has lots of levels and online play (this is probably its best component), but for me this is a flop (unless you have a PS2- in which case it is probably ground breaking). Next to Ghost Recon 2 and Halo 2, this game looks seven years old...
