Review: This Canon Eos 20D digital SLR camera is easy to use, well built and turns out brilliant pictures. I printed A3 size pictures without any pixellation of the image/loss of quatliy. The original lens kit is not great and an upgrade is needed. Being only a beginning enthusiast I was daunted by the instructions manual, but the basic controls being similar to a compact point and shoot, I could take good pics straight away and beaver away at the manual 1 chapter at the time. This allows one to \"grow\" into the camera as time goes on. I found a growing appetite for lenses as well. (It works wonders with a 100mm macro lens). a 1 GB memory card is a barebones minimum card size if RAW + Jpeg setting is used (60 - 77 pics tops), Jpeg fine res will fit 300+ pictures I found the software a bit finicky, so I plug the memory card straight into the computer to download and view the images. Modifications are done using Photoshop CS2 |
