Review: I spent a lot of time looking around for a replacement Digital Camera, my first foray into the field was a Canon Powershot A70 which has a lot more features than the Ixus 40 (most of which I never used) but is too big and bulky to carry around easily - it takes 4 AA batteries for a start!

The Ixus 40 is small and light enough to be in my pocket all the time - it balances out nicely with my phone!!

The pictures are superb quality - bright and clear, and the movies are excellent too - boy am I glad I got a 1Gb SD Card to go with it!!

All in all, I can strongly recomment this camera to anyone who is looking for high quality shots from something you can keep on you all the time.
