Review: Just took delivery of my Canon Powershot G6 digital camera having owned a Canon A1 in the past and Minolta Dimage 7i Powershot A80.. All have served me well Sold the A1 many years ago Bought the Dimage 7i 18months ago very pleased with it but was always aware of the noise. Settings proved difficult to get write. To much contrast and flash performace semed a little hit and miss.. But I still loved it.. Sold it to a local Estate agent! bought the A80 was impressed from the off.. for what you paid for the A80 it was amazing. belive all the reviews.. G6 has now moved up the quality up still futher lens is just so sharp, noise so fine. Just feels write in the hand.. All the settings you need to get to in a hurry are just a button away and not buried deep in the setup menu.. memory setings are very usfull.. But the white balance buton has to be the most usefull.. plan to get an external flash unit later.. |
