Review: Well after buying every camera magazine and reading all the reviews online - it all boiled down to a hands on - so off to Jessops and a play. The two I had narrowed it down to, that suited my needs, were the Panasonic FZ5 and the Canon S2. Almost identical specs - give or take a bit - but the Canon 'felt' better. A bit more robust . I would have much prefered it in black - but that wasn't an option. I decided on the Canon - also because as I already own an Ixus the menu system etc wouldn't be totally alien. Time to buy - so who was the cheapest? Amazon trounced Jessops by £70. No contest. Ordered on Wednesday - delivered ( after a minor hiccup) on Friday
Well done Amazon - and - oh yes - what a cracking camera!
