Review: This brand new Dirt Devil DD9602 vacuum cleaner 'blew up' whilst using it for the second time. I have tried to contact Amazon for 3 days however they are not responding to me (Beware - e-mail only / no telephone contact). I am unable to, nor should I have to, return this vacuum cleaner by post as suggested in 'returns'(Due to weight, packaging, size and convenience etc). I have contacted Dirt Devil who were extremely helpful and responed immediately advising me that Amazon are responsible for replacing and uplifting faulty vacuum. Come on Amazon, this is not good enough for any customer never mind a first.
