Review: I purchased my Funai DR-B2737 DVD recorder from Maplins and it was delivered in 24 hours in more than enough packaging to fully protect it. I went for DVD- as I have been using these for over a year on my computer and they work with my brothers system in Australia.
Straight from the box there were no difficulties and I found the instructions and remote very easy to follow-far better than the expensive Home Cinema system that I have in the lounge.
I did not read the instructions fully and did not realise the need to finalise discs to enable them to run on another DVD/Computer. A BIG plus was a UK telephone number on the instuctions, not premium rate, and a quick call resolved my difficulty.
All in all, I have found this an excellent intoduction to DVD recording and after 4 weeks am delighted with the performance.
