Review: The Fusion DigiFusion FVRT100 digital video recorder with 40GB hard disk performs ok - with good quality recordings. But using it is a nightmare. Confusing on-screen graphics and an illogical menu system I didn't get the hang of in a month. With technology I usually ask if my Mother could use it. With the Digifusion the answer is 'No'. Mine had a fault (max 65 min recording time and an awful response from the mfg)and I exchanged it for the Thomson DHD4000. £20 more expensive, but a much, much better machine. Slightly better picture, easier to use, simple graphics - and 'yes' my Mum could use it. |
