Review: The thing about Grease is it's a feel good movie. The cast are very well chosen bringing such a great ambience to the whole story. John Travolta's acting is very dynamic and brings a quality to 'Dany'.
It is really exciting as it involves car racings, getting the hot girls, and the sex. Also, as it develops, the girls in the movie change from being miss goodie 2 shoes to the real rock chicks. This DVD is really well edited with perfect audio quality and music layering. Sounding good and adding to that a brilliant, sharp picture. When seeing it on VHS the sound was the key disappointment. As this film is evolved around a musical element, it is very important for the sound to be clear. The extras on the DVD are really good. For instance there are interviews with the stars and director which reinforce the work and enjoyment in making the film. On a whole this is an excellently presented DVD with not to mention a cool colourful package. Great buy for any Travolta fan. |
