Review: I decided in December I needed a new printer, but was struck at the relatively low price of the all in one printers that scanned and copied as well. As I had a HP laptop, I wanted a HP printer so went for this printer at the very cheap price. And it's perfect, the scanner always works and is of amazing quality, (when scanned in you can make it 9800 Dots per Inch!). This would make large files a Tetrabyte! Although at about 1200 dots, my computer runs far to slowly, it's fun to experiment with. The photocopier is amazingly simple and concise. The computer can be off, while you simply press the on button, put the sheet on the flat bed and press photocopy. The only drawback, is that you can't enlarge smaller pictures or items to a full page. Finally the printer is also very impressive, the print quality is exceptional and as good as I could want, while the ink cartridges very easy to insert. A slight problem here is quite often it takes in 2 sheets or more and gets paper jams but otherwise the printer is great. With a Scanner that could easily be worth £60, a photocopier which can be very expensive in excess of £100 and a printer than can be more than £60 with the quality the machine has this is an extremely impressive deal. But on top of that, you get a colour and black ink cartridge free with it (this was a pleasent surprise when I received it), and the needed accessories. So all in all, a deal not to be missed. . . |
