Review: House of Flying Daggers is a nicely written "romantic" story about a love triangle between two policemen and a blind dancer suspected of being involved with the enemies known as "House of Flying Daggers". If you liked Crouching Tiger, then I think you will enjoy this film. Some of the fight scences were amazing and stood out against the picturesque scenery back drops, however it just did not capture the beauty, or the use of colour and passion that lit up the screen in Hero, which for me was far superior to this film. |
