Review: We've been pleased with our Humax PVR9200T set top box but there have been a few niggles.
The channel guide can take 2 or 3 minutes to load which is annoying if you want to use it to quickly set up recording of a programme before you go out. Once loaded however setting up a recording is quick. Picture quality is good both on live play and on play back. On one occassion the box locked up with a frozen picture on the screen. I had to turn it off and on again to clear it.
Being able to record two digital channels at the same time is very useful. The visual appearance of the box is acceptable but quite to the standard you might expect for that price. Was it worth buying? Yes. Since buying it we have recorded and viewed many programmes we would have missed before.
