Review: Jak & Daxter is a rare gem. The game is a joy to play and is not hampered by any loading times. The enemies are fantastically detailed and the graphics are extrodinarilly lush and beautiful. You truly wish you were there. Then there's a first for platform games. An intriguing story that you really want to see through. Your best friend Daxter has fallen into a pool of dark eco. He was transformed into an orange weasely type thing and now sits on your shoulder. Your mission is to find Gol Acheron the Sage and return Daxter to his previous form. Along the way there are numerous minigames and challenges within challenges to complete. The game is simply sprawling with activity. The game's controls work perfectly and never really fail you in any place. It's a classic game. You'll love it.
