Review: I only wish I'd read the Medal of Honor: Rising Sun reviews before I went out on boxing day and spent £40.00 quid on this game.

I've never played anything so completely boring in my life before. After the shooting of planes form the boat there is nothin impressive about this game at all.

The graphics are anything but slick, I started out playing FPS with Duke Nukem on the PC and it had more to offer then than MOH Rising Sun has today. The scenery is as flat as can be, 3d textures are awful and from what I have seen so far there is no interactivity built into your environment at all. I got fed up of "This door won't open" messages and the linear gameplay I felt like I was being lead through this game by rope tied to a ring through my nose.

If this is not frustrating enough the control element was awful too with very jerky movement of the crosshairs on the screen. I found it extremely difficult to get the controller setup right and to be honest I still couldn't make small movements with the thubsticks to aim.

All in all I don't really believe MOH Rising Sun has anything to offer, it's far too linear, graphics are 5 years out of date and the control system is awful.
