Review: Although MGS3 appears to be really difficult when you first pick it up, it turns out it isn't. The game takes some getting used to, but after that you really start to feel the MGS experience. On normal mode, the difficulty level is not extremely hard, but difficult enough to keep any gamer interested. The game really keeps the player involved and makes you feel a real purpose of playing it, especially as you are trying to stop world war 3 single handedly. The game throws you right into the jungle and you are immediately in enemy territory. You have to hunt to stay alive and enemies locations are unknown making the game quite realistic. In this metal gear solid the enemies are even cleverer than before and they spot stuff pretty easily, so stealth is the main tactic of the game. This can get frustrating at times but often aids the gameplay. The worst thing about the game is that the bosses are unrealistic and have stupid names, however they are great to fight. For me MGS 3 has become an addiction and is very difficult to put down once you pick up. I feel it is even better that the Metal gear solid on the playstation! |
