Review Summary: Great - but could be better designed

Review: The style of this Ministry of Sound MOSMC018 Cube DAB radio system is unique and greatly enhances any bedroom. The sound quality is what you would expect of a system at this price - nice and clear. The DAB is also crystal clear with a detailed readout that corresponds to the radio station and the name of track or topic it is playing is displayed in the backlit LCD panel. The subwoofer is a worthy addition and adds to the beat. The CD player is clear (it can also play MP3 files). The only snags I have is that the aforementioned LCD readout could have been a bit larger. A seperate LCD readout on the remote control that copies the info from the main unit would have been a welcome addition as I suppose many people will be operating this when they are in bed. Also, I eventually went to Richer Sounds to buy enhanced cabling for my speakers and sub-woofer as the standard fare doesn't really do it justice. All in all, this Ministry of Sound MOSMC018 Cube DAB radio system is a decent hi fi.
