Review Summary: Still the best for ease of use, versatility and reliability

Review: As a VCR replacement and for transferring all your old tapes to DVD, this Panasonic DMR-E30EBS DVD recorder is still a benchmark model for ease of use, versatility and reliability. DVD-Ram obviates the need for a hard disk as discs can be used a thousand times over without loss of quality. It also allows you to watch a TV programme while it is still recording. I have tried several new DVD recorders, but this one remains the best.
