Review Summary: Warning about using phillips sets for X360 gaming

Review: A quick word of warning to anybody looking to buy a Phillips HD LCD display for using with their new X Box 360 console: The X 360 displays its HD images via a component connection, NO PF5520 sets of any screen size have a component connection to hook up your X360. The best set for this (after many hours of research) seems to be a Samsung Rome or Greenwich set (Greenwich if you want built in digital freeview). Don't be put off by talk of 'tearing' it has been resolved by now (Nov 05). If you need anymore convincing, how about this: Every xbox display demo in the instore 'pods' uses a Samsung set of the above description. Microsoft wouldn't show you a crappy display from something they want you to buy would they?

I found that this HD TV connected to xbox 360 perfectly. I bought this TV on dabs months ago. and I bought xbox 360 full version. by using the HD cable supplied in xbox 360 full version, I got no problem at all to hook up my new toy with this TV. It works superb... the picture quality is great.
