Review: I bought my Philips DVDR880 DVD recorder some 18 months ago in that time it has performed faultlessly,until a few weeks ago it refused to play dvd videos.I contacted Philips customer care centre at Kingston upon Thames, who after a few preliminaries,as it was outside it guarantee period,agreed to collect the apparatus from my home, repair it, and return it at no cost to me what so ever.
So well done Philips, it is now back home working perfectly.
If only all companies were as caring as Philips.
