Review Summary: Good sound shame about the picture

Review: I got this Sharp HTCN400DVE DVD home theatre system as a gift (so can't complain too much), and promptly dispatched my trusty Toshiba SD220 up to my son's bedroom.

Sound is great compared to no surround sound, but I've not compared with any other sound systems, although assume as this is entry level system there is better out there.

Not sure the integrated DVD is up to much. I miss the features and picure quality of my old SD220.

I may end up going out and buying a stand alone system to plug my SD220 into, and send the Sharp system to my son's bedroom.

All in all I suspect there are better systems out there for the money.
