Review Summary: Ditch the USB cable

Review: The Sony DCR-HC19 is an extremely good camcorder, I'm chuffed to bits with it !. It's incredibly light, and easy to use, and the video capture is yummingly good.

HOWEVER ditch that rather poor USB cable that comes with it, the only really way to get the best capture to your PC is through a firewire 4pin to 4pin/6pin cable. You can pick those up on eBay very cheaply, but well worth the extra expenditure.
