Review: i bought this Sony DCR HC22 camcorder 2 weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by its size. it is really tiny and lightweight. it is very easy to use, it is my first camcorder but i figured out how to use it in minutes, referring to the manual only a couple of times. if you plan to transfer the content to the pc or dvd then i.link is a must. the only downside that i noticed so far is that when you film indoors the quality of the picture isn't very good, so i have to turn the lights on even if i film indoors at the daytime. if you film outside at the daytime the picture quality is perfect. if you plan using it straight away buy some dv cassetes together with a camcorder, amazon has best prices for sony dv cassetes i think, coz i checked prices in several retail shops. Overall i think it is good value for the money paid. |
