Review: This Sony DCR-TRV265E Digital Camcorder is amazing for the price it's got fantastic features! 20X optical zoom
night shot- great for recording in total darkness
lcd- a nice size and clear lcd
dv in and dv out- pc editing
990x digital zoom- never used
light- graet to briten up certain places while filming the sound quality is second to none i have played the picture back on my pc and i am very plased with picture quality! it has slow play, plus long play! i get a lot of bother from the neighbour, so im going to stick this in the window and run the power through the ac power supply as the battery only last 120 mins max as it is digital, it has more the 500 lines- this is very good more than most cctv! and with long play i can tape for an an hour and a half, then just rewind it if nothing has happened and record over it again as being digital the picture quality wont deterate! like vcr and analogue camcorder picture does when re-recording so for only £219 it much better than paying £180 for a analouge camcorder, digital is far better! the software supplied is ok, but with windows mivie maker, and most computers having nero video software or other video editing software, this is no problem also you can save all you recordings to a computer, insted of keeping them on a tape, saves buying more tapes, but will use memory on your hard drive it looks good, a nice silver finish i would recommend using digital 8 tapes, instead of 8mm or hi8, as there better quality, plus last longer, if you do use 8mm or hi8 and the tape is for 90 mins it will only last an hour! well hope this helps if your after a good digital camcorder at a great price, buy this you cant beat it! |
