Review: I've had this Sony Ericsson K700i mobile phone for a few months now and there is little wrong with it. To start off with actually adjusting from my previous sony t610 to the dimensions of the keypad and joystick on the k700i took a bit of getting used to but now i have no problem. To disagree with a few reviews i find the battery life quite good with the power saving mode, which does allow the screen etc to light up when a txt is recieved unlike some1 typed. Some1 also put that the radio drians the battery a lot but this is not the case unless the speaker is being used. When using the provided earfones/handsfree kit the battery drain is barely noticable.
Someone also put the pic quality in dark was poor however i was impressed when taking photos in pitch black with only the built in fone light.
Rather than raving on about the good points, of which there are a few, i'll point out a few things I feel are flaws:
In my opinion the video recording becomes pixellated too easily when moving the camera. However the same cannot be said for still the camera, for which there is no need to have as steady a hand as you did with the old t610 for this fone.
Expandable memory would have been a good idea because if ur looking to use this fone as an mp3 player the current capacity is not good enough really.
Lastly the fone itself it tough, mines been through a lot and the only thing that could possibly be described as broken about it is the little rubber bit saying quickshare i think has come off but tbh it looks better without. |
