Review: I bought this Sony Ericsson T68i phone in July 2003 on the T-Mobile UK network. Over the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing loss of signal. It has been going from full-medium strength on GSM & GPRS signal to non. I have NO ACCESS on the screen. I have spoken to T-Mobile who have advised me that this handset is renouned for this problem and it is due to the firmware supplied on the phone. It has been recommended that I have the firmware on the handset upgraded to the latest version and this is a non chargeable process. The handset it's self is wonderfull and was very usefull when visiting the USA. If you have this handset make sure it has got the latest software installed to prevent the hassele of having it sorted. I purchased the phone from Carphone Warehouse. |
