Review: Have has this Sony KV-24LS35 24" widescreen TV for about a month now, very happy with it. I initially wanted a 28" 100Hz TV, but couldnt afford the space. This model is a great compromise. I still feel it is a bit pricey though as it is only a few £ less than the 28" model. Like all Wega TV's has a great tube giving excellent picture quality. Built-in sound is not bad either. I have a Cinema system and I rarely use the TV thru it for regular viewing. Is very easy to hook up too. The remote is of excellent quality, which is unusual as Sony remotes are usually pretty naff. The only real oversight with this model is the lack of always-on RCA outputs. Whenever you turn the TV off, you have to switch them back on via the menu to get external sound. If Sony were to fix this problem, the box would be almost perfect. |
