Review: I first came accross this lovely vineyard whilst on holiday in Cornwall. Of course, tasting champagne barely yards away from where it has been produced, in the company of the producer is bound to make it taste extra special. But this champagne has a little secret - it tastes great even when you're not lounging on a (usually) sun drenched terrace looking out over the Cornish Vines. I ordered a case for Christmas to remind me of my holiday and it knocked the socks off the supposedly mighty French champagnes.
The champagne is beautifully lively in the mouth and has a lovely, taste.
I'm not a professional wine reviewer but I do know what I like - and if you want to read what the 'experts' think, check out their reviews page on their website at: www.camelvalley.com.
Hats off to Camel Valley Vineyard. |
