Review: I only wanted a cheap basic printer to connect to my PC for general use. This Canon iP1700 is a nice printer for the money. The only thing which Irritated me was that there is no cable to connect it TO the PC. Had I been aware of that at the time of ordering I could of brought one on line. It didn't say it didn't have one, so when it came and I unpacked it, I THEN had to go out and buy one which was a much more expensive way of buying a cable!! If you don't have a USB cable buy one when you order the printer!! Other than that, its fine. There is no paper try mind you, so if you keep your printer on a shelf, the pages come out and flutter down onto your head! |
