Review: I couldn't decide whether to buy the Nikon Coolpix S200 or the Canon Ixus 75. At first I bought the Canon, but I found some of the pictures to be a bit too dark. So I then tried the Nikon. The Nikon has some useful features which the Canon doesn't have - the Nikon shows how many photos you have left on the memory card, which the Canon doesn't do. Also, I found the Nikon photos to be slightly brighter than the Canon. However, the Nikon does have some drawbacks - it only focuses on what's in the centre of the frame. So if you want to focus on something off-centre, you have to use focus lock. Also, the LCD screen on the Nikon is difficult to see in bright sunlight, and the movie quality is OK but not great.
