Review: This Canon PowerShot A570IS camera has it seems a chronic problem with batteries:even with brand new alkaline or rechargeable batteries the low battery indicator comes on either immediately or after a very small number of shots taken. There's much discussion of this problem online, so it appears to be quite widespread. Canon claim its not a hardware problem...hmmm. Caveat emptor
