Review: Well....yes it is, in my opinion anyway.
I bought my Garmin Nuvi 300 car sat nav system in late December 2006 and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. First of all I have to agree with those reviews below that mention the instructions being a bit light on content, in fact that might be a bit of an understatement. They are so short of content I can't see the point in including them!! Having said that they aren't needed..straight out of the box, turn on and away you go. You can easily figure how to use it in 5 - 10 mins.
Loud and clear verbal instructions.
Crystal clear display (volume and contrast are adjustable).
I've used it locally and on longer trips and it makes driving more enjoyable (no more arguing with the wife about why we've already passed the turn we should have took ..you know the sort of thing)
IF YOU'RE BUYING A SATNAV YOU MUST GET THIS.
