Review: Errr... had this LG 32" HD ready TV for 8 months now!! And no real problems at all.
The main issues with this TV are:-
1) Sound is awful, get a souround sound (I'm, using a Denon AVR-2106, very nice) system.
2) You need to go into the service menu to change the borders to black from grey, though with a decent digital wide screen signal (most digital settop box providers, Sky, Telewest, NTL, freeview etc...) this is redundant.
3) You need to go into the service menu to turn off the blue light at the bottom of the set.
The plus points are, a great picture, as stated by another review good black levels, and contrast, nice looking TV, very good price.
It also has very good PC connectivity, I have used this as a monitor for my laptop with great results! Doom 3 never looked so good ;) |
