Review: Ok, I may only be eleven but this Mustek DV5000 digital camcorder really is the best Camcorder in the World. When I opened the Box I was expecting it to be quite heavy and very large, and was I utterly suprised by how minute it is. If you are out to be the next BBC I wouldn't get it, but if you are like me, just simply wanting something to play about with and catch moments that need to be re-watched over and over again, buy this now.
Ok, I've got to admit, this is all to good to be true so I'll tell you the downsides: The Headphones that came with it only work on one side and the Macro setting doesn't have any effect, plus the volume doesn't go very loud with these particular Headphones. Anyway, back to the good stuff, without a SD card it can only record for about sixteen minutes, which is a bit of a let down but I got a 512MB SD card which lets me record for around three hours!! the Camcorder's stylish design makes it easy to hold although I would have loved a strap.
If you are one of those people that think you can't use one, the Instruction manual is very clear and you'll get the hang of it eventually. The editing program is very useful and is fairly easy to use.
If you are hesitating to buy this, don't, Just buy it!!!
