Review: I purchased the Navman N20 car sat nav as a replacement for my old Navman i520. My previous experience with the 520 was enough to put me off - completely unreliable, sometimes driving for an hour without getting a signal. I bought my husband a new Navman 530 for his birthday last year, and was amazed at the difference - the speed at which it got a satellite fix was incredible, sometimes before you even started the car. So I decided to give Navman another chance, and so far, everything has gone well. Signal is picked up very quickly, and I am looking forward to trying longer journeys. The mapping is still not 100%, but which system is? So long as you have a reasonable idea where you are going, and forgive the few wee glitches, and the price of the Navman N20 UK car sat nav is now half what I paid for my old Navman - go for it! |
