Review Summary: Great value - great picture

Review: I knew that any new LCD TV was going to be an improvement on my very old Mitsubishi set but I had not expected it to be so good. The picture is very sharp with great colours. The remote is easy to use and the amount of picture 'tweeking'via the remote is more than good enough for me. I think that the sound quality is very good too but maybe this is because its in a small room. Before buying the Philips, I had looked at Panasonics but to be honest the difference in price was significant. I really do think that this TV is great value. It has great picture quality and is very stylish with a polish black surround and glass base. Also, Amazon are £130 cheaper than Tesco!!!
