Review: I recently bought the Pure Evoke 2XT and have been delighted with it. I am impressed with the sound quality, build quality and ease of use. It is also attractive and combines traditional looks with hitec workings. Prior to purchase I made a side by side comparison with a Roberts RD 27, and the sound quality
over a range of stations was far better with the Pure. Unlike the Roberts, the 2XT does not have Pause/play.
I would highly recommend the Pure!
