Review: I bought this Samsung LE19R71WX tv/monitor to replace my old 15" monitor. A point to note is that you cannot connect your computer to this TV via the DVI which is disappointing - DVD's etc. on your PC cannot be viewed digitally. Other than this, it serves as a brilliant monitor. The size is great and it looks fantastic.

I have a poor aerial so cannot really comment on the TV quality, but I do agree with the last review that the colours aren't brilliant (auto settings are pretty basic) and the sound is indeed tinny (I sometimes connect the TV to my hi-fi via the headphone socket, but this becomes tiresome and I often don't bother.)

In terms of value, it is only really £[...] more expensive than a standard 19" monitor, has a TV tuner and looks great so it comes recommended.
